आज के दौर में पासपोर्ट एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण डॉक्यूमेंट बन गया हैं, चाहे आप विदेश जाये या न जाये पासपोर्ट तो आपके पास होना ही चाहिए क्या पता कब विदेश जाना पड़ जाये, साथ ही आप पासपोर्ट के जरिये किसी भी other डॉक्यूमेंट में डेट ऑफ़ बर्थ (DOB), नाम और एड्रेस भी चेंज करा सकते हैं, अब आपके मन में यह Question हो सकता हैं की पासपोर्ट के लिए कौन सा आधार कार्ड सही रहेगा ?, कहने का मतलब यह हैं की जब आप पासपोर्ट सेवा केंद्र जाते हो वेरिफिकेशन के लिए तो आपके आधार कार्ड में डिटेल्स कौन कौन सी होनी चाहिए जिससे आपका पासपोर्ट एक ही बार में सक्सेसफुल बन जाये,
नया पासपोर्ट बनवाने के लिए कौन कौन से डोक्युमेंट चाहिए 2023 में
न्यू पासपोर्ट बनवाने के लिए Proof Of Present Address और Proof Of Date Of Birth डोक्युमेंट की जरुरत पड़ेगी

Note:
- Applicants are required to submit the proof of address of the present address only, irrespective of the date from which he/she has been residing at the given address. However, he/she is required to mention all the places of stay during previous one year (from the date of application filling) in the Passport application form.
- Furnishing of Aadhaar card will expedite processing of passport applications.
- Aadhaar letter/card or the e-Aadhaar (an electronically generated letter from the website of UIDAI), as the case may be, will be accepted as Proof of Address (POA) and Proof of Photo-Identity (POI) for availing passport related services. Acceptance of Aadhaar as PoA and PoI would be subject to successful validation with Aadhaar database.
- (For Minor): For minor applicants, present address proof document in the name of parent(s) can be submitted.
- (For Document No. 7): Only public limited companies can give address proof on company letter head along with seal. Computerised print-outs shall not be entertained.

Proof Of Date Of Birth(DOB) Documents List
| 1 | Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths or the Municipal Corporation or any other prescribed authority,whosoever has been empowered under the Registration of Birth and Deaths Act, 1969 to register the birth of a child born in India |
| 2 | Transfer/School leaving/Matriculation Certificate issued by the school last attended/recognised educational board |
| 3 | Policy Bond issued by the Public Life Insurance Corporations/Companies having the DOB of the holder of the insurance policy |

Note:
- Documents mentioned in point 4 to 8 are acceptable as proof of Date of Birth only if it has the precise Date of Birth of the applicant.
अगर आपके पास ओनली आधार कार्ड हैं तब भी आपका पासपोर्ट बन जायेगा लेकिन ये जो पासपोर्ट बनेगा वह ECR Passport बनेगा
क्या होता है ECR पासपोर्ट?
अगर आप 10th class pass out नहीं हैं तो आपका पासपोर्ट ECR यानि Emigration Check Required कैटेगरी का बनेगा, मतलब जब आप इंडिया से बहार काम करने जाते हो तो आपको इमिग्रेशन ऑफिसर से क्लियरेंस लेना होता हैं, ECR कैटेगरी के पासपोर्ट पेज पर स्टाम्प लगा होता है। इसमें लिखा होता है कि Emigration Check Required

इमिग्रेशन ऑफिसर से क्लियरेंस क्यों लेना होता हैं ?
अगर आप इन Countries में काम करने जाते हैं तो आपको इमिग्रेशन ऑफिसर से क्लियरेंस लेना पड़ेगा क्युकी काम का जो ऑफर आपको आया हैं वो सही या गलत इसकी जाँच इमिग्रेशन ऑफिसर करते हैं इसके बाद आपको क्लियरेंस का स्टाम्प लगाते हैं इससे आप को ही फायदा है आप किसी जालशाजी में नहीं फसोगे,
List of Countries Where Emigration Check is Required
Emigration clearance is required only for 17 countries namely Afganistan, Bahrain, Iraq, Indonesia, Kingdom of saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Libiya, Lebanon, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, UAE and Yemen.
अगर आपके पास आधार कार्ड और 10th pass मार्कशीट हैं तो आपका जो पासपोर्ट बनेगा वह ECNR Passport बनेगा जिसका मतलब होता हैं Emigration Check Not Required. मतलब अगर आप इंडिया से बहार काम करने जाते हो तो आपको इमिग्रेशन ऑफिसर से क्लियरेंस लेने की जरुरत नहीं हैं क्युकी आप पढ़े लिखे हो, ECNR कैटेगरी का पासपोर्ट उसी का बनता हैं जो कम से कम 10th class pass out हो,
पासपोर्ट के लिए कौन सा आधार कार्ड सही रहेगा ?

पासपोर्ट बनवाने के लिए जरुरी डाक्यूमेंट्स
अगर आप Non ECR पासपोर्ट बनवा रहे हो तो आपके पास कम से कम 10th पास सर्टिफिकेट होना चाहिए, अगर आप इससे ऊपर पढ़े हो जैसा 12th पास या कॉलेज तब तो और भी बढ़िया बात हैं, साथ ही आपके पास आधार कार्ड या वोटर कार्ड होना चाहिए और भी अलग अलग डॉक्यूमेंट हो सकते हैं,
हम बात कर रहे 10th सर्टिफिकेट और आधार कार्ड से अगर आप पासपोर्ट बनवाते हो तो क्या क्या ध्यान रखना चाहिए ताकि पासपोर्ट सेवा केंद्र में चेकिंग के टाइम आपका एप्लीकेशन रिजेक्ट न हो जाये क्युकी ये मेरा खुद का अनुभव हैं जब मैंने पासपोर्ट बनवाया था तभी इस प्रकार की प्रॉब्लम देखी थी,
For Example
- अगर 10th सर्टिफिकेट में मेरा नाम Satyendra Kumar Mehra हैं और आधार कार्ड में मेरा नाम Satyendra Mehra हैं तो ऐसे में एप्लीकेशन रिजेक्ट हो जाएँगी, और आपको अपॉइंटमेंट (appointment) reschedule करना पड़ेगा, और डॉक्यूमेंट करेक्ट करके दुबारा पासपोर्ट सेवा केंद्र आना पड़ेगा,
- अगर 10th सर्टिफिकेट में मेरा नाम Satyendra Mehra हैं और आधार कार्ड में मेरा नाम Satyendra Kumar Mehra हैं तो ऐसे में एप्लीकेशन रिजेक्ट हो जाएँगी,
- अगर 10th सर्टिफिकेट में मेरा नाम Satyendra Kumar हैं और आधार कार्ड में मेरा नाम Satyendra Kumar Mehra हैं, और मैंने एप्लीकेशन में Satyendra Kumar Mehra फील किया हैं तो ऐसे में एप्लीकेशन Accepted हो जाएँगी,
- अगर आधार कार्ड में मेरा नाम Satyendra Kumar हैं और 10th सर्टिफिकेट में Satyendra Kumar Mehra हैं और मैंने एप्लीकेशन में Satyendra Kumar Mehra फील किया हैं तो ऐसे में भी एप्लीकेशन Accepted हो जाएँगी,
तो कहने का मतलब ये हैं की जब भी आप पासपोर्ट का फॉर्म भरते हो जिसमे First Name, Middle Name, And Surname Fill करना पड़ता हैं, तो आप अपने डॉक्यूमेंट के हिसाब से भरना, डिटेल्स सही सही होना चाहिए अगर आपके डॉक्यूमेंट में डिटेल सही नहीं हैं या अधूरी हैं तो पासपोर्ट अप्लाई करने से पहले अपने डॉक्यूमेंट को Correct कराये, और बाद में पासपोर्ट अप्लाई करे ताकि पासपोर्ट सेवा केंद्र से आपको खाली हाथ न आना पड़े,,

पासपोर्ट जल्दी कहाँ से बनेगा ? पासपोर्ट सेवा केंद्र से या पोस्ट ऑफिस से ?
अगर आपको पासपोर्ट बनवाने के लिए कोई जल्दबाजी नहीं हैं तो आप पोस्ट ऑफिस से बनवा सकते हैं, पोस्ट ऑफिस में अपॉइंटमेंट तुरंत नहीं मिलता बल्कि एक या डेढ़ महीने का वेटिंग चलता रहता हैं, लेकिन अच्छी बात ये हैं की पोस्ट ऑफिस आपके शहर में मिल जायेगा आपको किसी बड़े शहर में जाने की कोई जरुरत नहीं हैं,
और अगर आपको पासपोर्ट जल्दी बनवाना हैं तो मेरा मतलब तत्काल पासपोर्ट से नहीं हैं में यहाँ Normal पासपोर्ट की बात कर रहा हूँ, पासपोर्ट बनने में और घर तक पहुंचने में एक महीने तक का समय लग सकता हैं, अगर आप पासपोर्ट सेवा केंद्र (PSK) से बनवाते हैं तो आपको पासपोर्ट अपॉइंटमेंट बहुत ही जल्दी मिल जायेगा क्युकी पासपोर्ट सेवा केंद्र में बहुत सरे काउंटर होते है और काम करने वाले भी ज्यादा लोग होते हैं जिस वजय से पासपोर्ट जल्दी बनता हैं,
